For XVth Congress of Bulgarian Society of Ophthalmology we offer selection for accommodation in three different hotels in Albena, Bulgaria – Maritim Hotel (congress hotel), Grand Hotel Flamingo and Kaliakra Hotel
The event organizer Marea Medical offers the best rates for congress participants and those rates are only available during congress dates Sep 27th – Oct 1st. For hotel reservation full payment is required.

Changes, substitutions and cancellation of registrations and accomodation
Notification of changes and cancellation must be made in writing and sent to Marea Medical: bdo2023@mareamedical.com
Cancellation
- Cancellation of registration will be accepted subject to an administration fee.
- Cancellations up to and including 15.07.2023: total amount will be refunded less a cancellation fee of 50 BGN.
- Cancellations made on and after 16.07.2023: we regret that no refund can be made.
Name changes and substitutions
If you are unable to attend, you may be substituted by a colleague. Name changes will be subject to an administration fee.
